The Big Al's brand of premium convenience food  products is manufactured by Kepak Convenience Foods.  The modern, state-of-the-art  EFSIS approved production facility ensures quality and traceability at every stage.

All Big Al's flame-cooked products are made and ready-cooked using genuine American cooking technology and recipes to ensure an authentic flavour profile. Indeed, the flame-cooking facilities are totally unique in Europe. The high intensity flames at the start of the cooking process sear the freshly made products, then they are cooked at 74°C to ensure total food safety. After this, they are rapidly frozen ready for packing. This technology gives the distinctive, Big Al's natural flamegrilled flavour and appearance.

The Big Al's range has been specially developed for reheating in the microwave but can also be successfully reheated using any other conventional cooking method. This makes all the products in the range perfect for caterers with restricted equipment or space and allows outlets to offer quality, hot food outside their normal kitchen hours.
