Tasty, fresh gluten-free bread

The free-from category is the largest growing sector in the UK grocery market+.  Allergy UK estimates that 45% of the population (more than 25 million people) could have food intolerances and 20% of people now regularly buys gluten-free food**, demonstrating how this category is now appealing to those wishing to make life-style changes as well as those medically diagnosed.

To help caterers cater for this market, we have launched Genius White Sliced Bread, a wheat, gluten and dairy-free English-style, white sliced loaf dusted with rice flour.  This fresh bread requires no reheating or warming through before use or serving, unlike gluten-free bread previously available. 

Ideal for sandwiches and toast, Genius White Sliced Bread can also be used in recipes such as Summer Fruit Pudding and Bruschetta or can be turned into breadcrumbs and used to make sausages, crispy coatings etc (please see the Genius website for full details of recipes available).
