Now available is Linda McCartney VegeMince, made from soya and wheat-based ingredients as the perfect alternative to traditional beef mince but with lower fat, cholesterol reducing properties* and higher fibre.  And because VegeMince absorbs moisure during cooking, yield increases too (around 30%), unlike other competitor products, making it excellent value for money.  Just add in place of standard beef mince in any relevant recipe.
