We operate through four core activities:

  • the traditional agency/broker concept, where we represent brands to buyers nationwide
  • trading, whereby we source products to meet a specific caterer/wholesaler requirement
  • consolidation ie. we relieve the producer of all the non-manufacturing elements, such as distribution, stock control, credit control, invoicing etc, allowing them to focus purely on manufacturing
  • own brand – these can be made available to those manufacturers currently without a presence in the foodservice sector, thus giving them an entry into the marketplace.

Our Business Development Managers represent you to ALL the key industry buyers (both wholesale and end-user). How do we deliver the goods?

In collaboration with one of the largest UK temperature controlled food distribution businesses, Reed Boardall, we distribute throughout the UK. We can either arrange collection of goods ex-works from the factory or manufacturers can make just one delivery direct to our central coldstore.
