A family-run UK farm company, Gressingham Foods has been based in Debach, Suffolk for over 50 years. Originally farming chickens, the family moved into duck in 1989 with the first 200 ducklings arriving by train!
The Gressingham Duck® is a unique breed that first came about when the flavourful Wild Mallard was crossed with the larger Peking duck creating a product that is succulent and tasty with a delicious crispy skin.
Being delicious and tender, duck is incredibly versatile, pairs well with many flavours and can be used in dishes from many cuisines. It is renowned for its superior taste and succulence, with a good balance of fat to meat, making it a favourite amongst chefs.
